1、 Hardness range

2、 Selection of surface hardness of rubber rollers
1. HRC20-40: Rubber rollers within this hardness range are usually used for pressing and equalizing products. This type of rubber roller has a smooth surface, high softness, and elasticity, which is not easy to cause wear on the product surface.
2. HRC40-60: This type of rubber roller has moderate hardness and is generally used in leather manufacturing, printing machines, coating machines, sponge printing, and other fields. This type of rubber roller has good wear resistance and high surface smoothness, which can effectively improve production efficiency.
3. HRC60-80: When the hardness of rubber rollers is at HRC60-80, they have better wear resistance and tensile resistance. However, the surface of these rubber rollers is relatively hard and requires appropriate pressure to achieve good production results. 4. HRC80-100: This type of rubber roller has very high hardness, excellent wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and can ensure stable performance without cracking or wear under long-term operation.
